Is the product picture on your website exactly the same as item that I will receive?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

Also please be aware that some of the images of our cracker contents are used to show customers the type of item they will be receiving inside their crackers and not necessarily the exact gift contents of the crackers. Our Product Descriptions will inform you if the contents of our crackers may vary from what is displayed in the contents image. If this the case please be assured that all contents used will be similar in type and value, as we are always adding new and interesting items to our gift lines.

How do I claim a warranty?

 A customer can claim warranty by registering the product with hammer within 10 days of purchase and further can contact us on 7065540176/ support@Shopaale.com regarding any query. How long is the warranty period for a product? Hammer provides 3 or 6 months' warranty on all its products.

How can I return an item?

You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Is cash on delivery available ?

Pay on Delivery (POD) includes Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as additional digital payment facilities via UPI / QR Code –Scan & Pay.

Is open box delivery available ?

Yes, open box delivery is available. With open box delivery, the product packaging has been opened or is not sealed, but the product itself is typically unused or in like-new condition. This option is often offered at a discounted price compared to sealed box delivery.
